The Role:

Project Responsibilities Include:
Assist with the administrative and organisational elements of a project

The role of an analyst is to support the project team on client projects. You will be assigned topics to research which are critical to the delivery of the client project. For example, what treatments exist for a disease in the Japanese market?
You will gather primary and secondary research, speaking to key stakeholders across the global healthcare industry. You will then interpret this and report back, keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

What Will You Be Doing?
During our three-year graduate commercial scheme, you will get the opportunity to work at the forefront of industry where you will gain an in-depth understanding of the commercial function across Sales, Brands/Marketing and Category to develop your skills and business knowledge within these areas. You’ll work alongside the Business Account Managers, Category Managers and Brand Managers to develop and strengthen the customer accounts for Finsbury Food Group.
This includes three, 12-month placements in the following:
Sales: Within this rotation, you will gather customer data in order to inform sales strategies and planning by identifying sales opportunities within your target markets. You will build strong client relationships where you will gain a full understanding of their existing product lines and services as well as provide suggestions to enhance maximum customer satisfaction.
Category: Through providing market intelligence and data analysis to senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting internal planning whilst ensuring that external customer requirements are met. You’ll support the Category team through creating consumer led data stories, supporting customer presentations and by completing regular marketing insight reporting such as gap analysis and customer NPD.
Brands/Marketing: In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will work with brands to project and commercially manage marketing activity from inception to delivery, creating and co-ordinating key campaigns to support brand activation and awareness.
